hi how are you? you call me on my phone i take some time to enter to this website and found you.first of all, i think from this pic that the case is very advanced one.put at any way i will you give some line of medication just to relieve the case and to be constant degree ant to prevent further damage to this eye. i diagnosed this case by ulcerative keratitis at very sever and advanced case.1)touch the affected part of cornea with روح الخل you may see about small circle inside eye arounded by small zone of inflammation.this circle appear like two layer the first one circlar edge and eppear under it contact layer of cornea . 2)give anti biotic like chloramphinicol caps per day oral.3)make moist hot fomentation to increase blood supply.4)make bandage on this affected eye for the last reason.5)put one drop 2 times of atropin sulfate to relieve the pain and it is very important thing.if all this not stop that case, your cat need surgical treatment in what we called occular paracentesis.You can call me on cell phone............. or send any question on my email ...............
